Transport is not included unless specifically agreed during planning. Schools arrange transport through their own providers in line with school policy. Final programme pricing depends on group size, category, venue and distance.

Payment that fits your school

School-funded

The school contracts and pays EduWay directly. One invoice and one point of accountability, without individual parent payment tracking.

Parent-funded

The school approves the programme. EduWay supports collection with communication templates, payment tracking support and a clear deadline structure.

Deposits and final balances

A deposit secures the programme date. Final balances are due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific payment terms are confirmed at booking.

A rhythm for the school year

The programme guide recommends one programme per term, matched to the grade level.
