An enquiry starts a conversation
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Available dates, learning objectives, programme outlines and pricing are discussed during planning. Confirmation follows the agreed booking process and deposit.
Programme information and pricing
Programme descriptions introduce learning themes and sample activities. The agreed outline and booking confirmation establish the specific programme. One-day prices range from R1,100–R1,450 per learner; overnight prices range from R2,400–R3,800. Final pricing depends on group size, category, venue and distance.
Changes, payments and cancellations
Payment terms and cancellation terms are confirmed in the booking documentation. Final balances are due before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Significant learner-number changes and requests to postpone are discussed with the school.
