01 — Initial enquiry
Tell us your grade group, approximate learner numbers, programme interests and preferred dates. Initial enquiries can also be made by WhatsApp.
02 — Programme planning
We respond with available dates, an outline suited to your grade and objectives, and a preliminary schedule. No commitment is required at this stage.
03 — Admin preparation
When your school is ready to proceed, we issue consent templates, parent communication tools and the learner information checklist.
04 — Confirmation
The invoice is issued, the deposit is processed and final learner numbers are confirmed. Programme delivery is then locked in.
Programme day
EduWay manages facilitation, learner grouping, activity flow, timing and coordination. Accompanying educators remain present for supervision and learner discipline.
Reflection, throughout the experience
Guided discussion is built into the day. Learners connect practical experiences with existing knowledge and consider how to apply what they have learned.
Post-programme support
Schools can request a programme summary, teacher debrief notes, learner reflection worksheets, certificates and follow-up classroom tools. These are ready within five working days.

- One-day programmes: 2–3 weeks minimum
- Overnight programmes: 4–6 weeks minimum
