Information requested
The enquiry form asks for school and contact details, grade groups, approximate learner numbers, programme interests, preferred dates and planning objectives. It does not request individual learner identities, medical records or payment details.
How the website enquiry works
The form prepares an enquiry on your device. You can open it in your email application, copy it or download it. EduWay receives it only when you send it through your email application. No enquiry database or automatic email delivery service is connected to this website.
Why the information is requested
Your enquiry gives EduWay the details needed to discuss learning objectives, programme suitability, dates and planning arrangements. Email communication is also processed by the email services used by you and EduWay.
Sensitive learner information
Do not include learner medical records, identity numbers or other sensitive learner information in the website form. Required programme documentation and an appropriate sharing method should be arranged directly with your coordinator.
Website storage and services
The site does not use advertising analytics, an account system or a tracking-cookie consent mechanism. Enquiry fields are held in the current page rather than saved to browser storage. Hosting providers process requests needed to deliver pages, fonts, images and other site assets.
Questions or corrections
Contact EduWay to ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information held in its correspondence. Detailed organisational retention periods and the responsible information officer should be confirmed directly with EduWay.
