Learner numbers
Final numbers are confirmed before the programme runs. Significant changes after confirmation may affect planning. Adjustments are discussed directly with the school.
Cancellations and postponements
With reasonable notice, EduWay prioritises rescheduling wherever possible. Specific cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation.
Weather
Where outdoor components are affected by weather, indoor alternatives are used to keep the programme on track. Schools are informed of those alternatives in advance.
School responsibilities
Schools are responsible for educator supervision in line with school policy, learner discipline, internal approvals and submission of all required learner documentation before the programme date.
Photography and media
Learners are not photographed or recorded without confirmed school permission. Media is only used where appropriate consents are in place.
Deposits and balances
A deposit secures the programme date. Final balances are due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.
Transport
Transport is excluded unless specifically agreed during planning. Schools arrange learner transport through their own providers in line with school transport policy.
